It has been some time since Brand Jordan has come with a collaboration that has made so much noise. As avid sneaker collectors and huge fans of Kaws, it was only fitting that when we were invited to the Jordan x Kaws launch event in Brooklyn we happily accepted. At the famous Brooklyn Museum, Brand Jordan shone brightly. As we walked into the museum we noticed the signature Kaws “XX” symbol atop the “AIR” wordmark projected on the facade of the building. Blending the worlds of art and sneakers in a very clean setting, the focal piece on display was the extremely limited Kaws x Air Jordan IV. The sneaker masterpiece was displayed with Kaws graphics decorating the walls. Kaws himself took to a small area while Brand Jordan Senior Design Director of Special Projects, Gemo Wong, accompanied him to talk about the exclusive drop. The event was capped off with the opportunity to purchase the entire Kaws x Jordan collection including shoes, jacket, hoodie, hat, and tee. If you are still looking to get your hands on the collection, your best bet is to head over to Flight Club and see what you can get them for.
